EUROPEAN STAFFING FAQ

Practical answers before a team is mobilised.

What type of European staffing support does PSA Workforce provide?

We assess requests for project-based staff leasing, direct recruitment and separately scoped managed crews. The agreed contract defines who employs the workers, who directs the daily work and who is responsible for the result.

Which European markets do you cover?

We support projects across Europe. Each assignment is assessed against worker availability, the right to work, host-country rules and the practical requirements of the assignment.

Which industries and roles can you support?

We review requests for construction and infrastructure, industrial and technical work, manufacturing, logistics and warehousing. Typical profiles include welders, fitters, mechanics, electricians, machine and CNC operators, production staff, forklift operators and warehouse workers. Availability is confirmed for each brief.

What information is needed for a workforce request?

Please provide the role or work scope, headcount, work location, preferred start date, assignment length, shift pattern, language needs and mandatory qualifications or certificates. This allows us to assess a realistic staffing route rather than offer a generic solution.

How are cross-border requirements handled?

Before an assignment starts, the relevant parties confirm employment responsibilities, work eligibility and host-country requirements. Depending on the country and staffing model, these may include permits, posting notifications, A1 documentation, collective agreements, site access and occupational-safety requirements.

How soon can a team start?

Timing depends on the roles, headcount, location, qualifications, worker availability and required documentation. We confirm a realistic start date only after reviewing the complete project brief.
